There are currently two shares in the lodge available for private sale. If you are interested in purchasing a share, please contact committee@happylarry.org.au. The process for share sales is:
- the committee will contact all member(s) who have indicated they wish to sell and pass on the potential purchaser’s contact details
- it is the responsibility of the member(s) to contact the potential purchaser
- the seller and purchaser negotiate a price and submit a notification that the share has been transferred, signed by both parties
